Core Fundamentals

 The Pilates Life® studio focuses on personal, one-on-one Pilates training sessions. Our certified practitioners have thousands of training hours and are currently practicing in the advanced Certified Integrated Movement Specialist program through Balanced Body®. The Pilates Life® is owned, and operated, by two women, whose passion and dedication for teaching contemporary Pilates, using a proven series of fundamentals and principles, will quickly advance the client’s skill level. A session typically takes 45-60 minutes. You’ll get stronger, more sculpted muscles, and gain flexibility. You will also have better posture and a better sense of well-being. To get the full benefits of Pilates, it is best to attend a minimum of 3 sessions a week.

Pilates is a great way to improve your endurance, strengthen your core, and increase your range of motion. Pilates will help your body by stretching, strengthening, and lengthening your muscles.


Calm Your Mind

Pilates not only helps improve your body, but also helps with mind-body connection and mental well-being. It is important to take a break from daily life in order to focus on yourself and get clarity. Focusing on your breath during practice is key to staying in tune with your mind and body.
