The worse experience I have had with a hair stylist
Stylist by the name of Brittany ripped my wig during installation. The stylist was aware she did it and rather than correct her mistake right then and there. She waited until I discovered the holes in my wig once the wig was off and I could closely see the wig. I have had previous appointments and installs in the past from the stylist and never had an issue until my last wig installation. The stylist acted in a very unprofessional manner when I brought the issue at hand. She was not accountable for her mistakes and put all the blame on me. Every issue I came at her with she had an excuse. She is a stylist who lacks integrity and honesty and that is a type of individual you do not want to invest your money with.We finallly reached an agreement where she would order a new frontal on the wig. I dropped the wig off to her 6/26 at 3 pm. As I’m writing this review which is 7/19/21 I still do not have my wig. I’m out of 658 dollars and I still do not have my wig. Some type of way she has justification for this and some type of way this is right in her head. I called her and texted her regarding my wig and her response was that she was busy and could not talk right now as she was with a client. I responded and told her I’m calling regarding my wig . She stated she knew. Later on that day she gave me 30 minutes notice to come get my wig. I stated to her why is that you could not tell me earlier when I texted and called you that I could come get my wig with a specific time.She had time to text me and tell me she was busy and ignore my call but did not have time to tell me what time my wig would be done in a promptly manner.Overall she is unprofessional and lets her emotions interfere with business decisions and is not accountable for her mistakes. To make matters worse I ordered my hair hair and paid her 308.00 dollars May 9. The hair was not delivered to her until June 2 at 2:00 pm. I was not able to get my wig installed until June 5. Not once did I receive an apology for the inconvenience but instead I was given a list of excuses. Such as the vendor had a holiday etc. which may have been legit however you can not blame the consumer for that. I would highly recommend you invest into a different stylist if you are considering her your new stylist.
