Who is YZ?

After spending his afternoons enjoying the company of others in his hometown barbershop, YZ developed a passion and an appreciation for the craft of men’s barbering and styling. Given the opportunity to join the industry, YZ jumped at the chance, quit college and pursued his certification in barbering and aesthetics. His goal was to provide men and women a comfortable and engaging environment where expert-level grooming and barber services can always be relied upon.

Leaving Nigeria, YZ moved to Nashville 17 years ago and promptly established his own barbershop in the upper end mall. A second location in Antioch, Tennessee would soon follow. Driven by a love for the specialty, YZ offers a return to the tradition of refined personalized grooming.
