Hello, my name is Shanda. I started school for Cosmetology in New York in 2001, finished in June 2003. I moved to Texas and attended Vogue Beauty School for more experience.  I am excited to start this new adventure with my own salon suite.
Shanda’s Salon is now open in South Park meadows please join me in a new experience. I will have small snacks and drinks. This will include wine, beer, water, coffee, tea and, juice. Snack will vary.
I enjoy doing woman’s, men’s and, children’s cuts. I am always happy to help with special needs clients whatever the situation. I do color, blowouts, up do’s, Manicures, pedicures, Hot towels and, waxing. I love trying new things and learning new styles. Haircuts –   $30 – $35 with shampoo. I love cutting hair.  I will give you a  haircut tailored to you wearing you every day!  

*Women, men, children

*Fades, scissor cut, Razor cuts, creative cuts and more

*Long layers, pixie cuts, bobs stacked and, angled.

Kids $20

* I can care for your child squirming everywhere.

Buzz cuts with neck trim and shampoo –    $18
One length guard all over.  Also includes very thin one length hair.

Shampoo –     $10 ​
Scalp stimulating shampoo.

Hot towel shampoo –   $20
 Let the smell of Tea tree mint relax you and invigorate your scalp with a head, neck and, facial massage.

 Deep conditioner –     $20
This will help restore or maintain the strength of the hair structure so that it is better able to withstand everything day to day without sustaining damage.

Eyebrow wax-     $10
​Lip wax-   $5

Blow dry styled –     $15- $50*
Amazing blowout smoothing and controlling your new style.

Styling with flat iron or curling –     $20- $60*      
Curly, wavy or straight which one will you take?  

All color services require a consultation and scheduled appointment. If I have time upon walking in I may take apt. 

Root touch up-   $50 and up*     
All over color- $50 and up *
Short $50 – $115   Long $90- $145

 Highlights-     $75 and up*
Partial $75-$100   Full $135 – $160

Partial face frame highlights –     $15
Face frame to give a bolder younger look.

Balayage/ Ombre – $100 – $200  *and up

Fantasy colors requiring to lighten levels more than 5 will take time and care. So come see me to be gentle with your hair. I use Paul Mitchell, Matrix, Schwarzkopf, and a few other great things.       

Up- do’s-     $45 
A simple up-do for an event.

Wedding Hair –     $100 for the bride and $45 for each bridesmaid.  $20 traveling fees. 
Includes one practice session for the bride. If bridesmaids require a practice run there will be an extra charge of $45.

Makeover –     Short $220 Long $290 *
A custom color, deep conditioner, cut, style, Eyebrow and lip wax, simple pedicure and, manicure.

Manicure –     $25 
 Soak, wax, moisturizing reflexology massage.

Pedicure –     $35
Foot soak, scrub, wax, moisturizing reflexology massage.

Base pricing for services. Pricing will vary based on the client’s hair texture and hair length. Pricing may increase if additional product (color) or time is needed.

*Policies 
Cancellation – Please give me 24 hours in advance if you are going to cancel.
If you no show twice you will no longer be allowed to schedule apt’s. You will be allowed as a walk in.

Children – The salon can be dangerous for children. Please keep an eye on children. Remember that some processes can take a few hours. I have books and snacks.

Privacy – I promise to never sell your information.
